i' m not happy bout my elective. its been pretty terrible so far, hope it gets better, was fuckin about wi these cos we were sposd 2 make somethin the referenced cinema icons, really bad i kno, but i can look back on these and say 'these are shit, i'm  so much better at life now'.

Had a wicked time up in Newcastle but sadly didnt have a camera to document the whole experience, so instead i scribbled in my notebook, I would say it was appropriate in terms of the david shrigley exhibit except unlike mine you can usually work out what his drawings are actually supposed to be. These are from the aforementioned Shrigley exhibition as well as the Steve McQueen and Yoshitomo Nara/Graf rooms..

Went to see Tractile from Richie Hawtin's Minus Records at the mint club last week and he totally killed it, this is a little preview vid of the movie that comes with his '06 release the 'Silent Movie' EP.

On a similar mMmiNiMaL vibe i'm quite into the characters/animation by Kristofer Ström on the music vid for Minilogue's 'Animals'

In slight relation, this was a stop motion/typeface research piece i

made last year. The beat was made in about 2 mins on reason, and then

reversed on some editing software. Kinda regret not putting more time

into the soundtrack but i think it works quite well...

First post & one step closer towards passin first year, here's sum old work from a project on access. The pieces were all pretty big so couldn't scan em, hence the shady photography.

They were part of a set of 7 other pieces, each assigned to a song from a compilation I created in relation to the project brief.
